Places of Interest in New Zealand (Christchurch)?

Hi people...i would love to go to New zealand for a holiday in Oct or Nov period. I have no idea of places to visit. Planning to rent a car and travel down...And also great service apartments. Thanks alot. Good Day

well firstly you should have put this question in the New Zealand category to avoid answers like the one above.

Theres a multitude of things to do in NZ - October november is spring in NZ so the weather will be warming up but still cool in the evenings/overnight.

Places in the south island not to miss

Queenstown - adventure capital of the world, beautiful mountain scenery

Milford sound - AMAZING, if you were to go there then check out Te Anau too another beautiful touristy town

Kaikoura - For whale whatching, swimming with the dolphins or seals

Nelson and Abel Tasman national park for the most beautiful golden sand beaches in the world!

Picton and the Marlborough sounds

Fox and/or Franz joseph Glaciers on the west coast.

there is just sooo much to do! hard to suggest what to visit when we don't know how long your going to be here? but hopefully at least 3 weeks
