any place in the mall that caters to teenagers is very likely to have backpacks too.

Wal-Mart.  Prices keep falling there, of course.

Why put extra money in something that is just a "bag" and full of your school work?

Most places have back packs on sale now, because it's a "leader" to get you into the store to buy rest of school supplies.
