  1. I suggest you to go to Apulia (Puglia). It's very beautiful, the landscape is wonderful and the sea...I live in Lecce, the southern town of Apulia and the eastern town of Italy. This region is called Salento, and it's special for its sea, maybe the best sea of all Italy. It's very hot, but it is usually windy. Lecce and Otranto and many other town are famous all over the world for their monuments, especially for churches and historical palaces. The cousine is very very good, typically mediterranea.

Surf in this web-site, there are many camping-sides ...

  6. Hi ! I'm Italian from Southern Italy.

There are many places where you can camp.

My  favourite place to camp is PAESTUM.

Paestum is a small sea side town. There is a large and long pine-wood forrest next the beach. Paestum is an important Greek -Roman archeological site .

You can make free camp or go to private campings if you prefer. Some private campings are : Camping Nettuno, Villaggio Oasi, Villaggio Cinzia, etc(on the net you find their web sites).

Paestum has got a convenient railways station : you get there in 1 hours an a half South from Naples ( 1 train each 2 hours, price of train : 7 $).

Go on GOOGLE and find informations about PAESTUM. I hope I've been useful to you by these informations. Enjoy your holiday. Bye

  7. try these....

  8. Try on PugliaRooms.com. It'a a booking platform funded by Italian institutions like Regione Puglia and City of Lecce

    Section Camping: http://www.pugliarooms.com/pugliarooms/b...

    Bye!

  9. I suggest you go to Sicily, I went twice camping with my kids, it's a lovely island, if you're getting to the heel of the boot then go to Reggio di Calabria and from Villa San Giovanni you can get the tragetta to Sicily or vice versa as there is a Villa San Giovanni Messina in Sicily where you get the tragetta (ferry) back, it takes 30min the most.  Lots and lots of Camping sites all around sicily.
