Places to go in West Lothian on a Monday evening?

Im looking for someplace to go - maybe a late night book shop, a cafe which stays open till 9pm or something like that, in the West Lothian area.

I pick my sister up from Broxburn at about 6.30pm, and she has to be back before 9pm.

Does anyone have any ideas on where we can go, preferably where we can get something to eat, but not neccessarily a main meal - just a coffee and cake really.

We have previously been to Pizza express in Livingstone shopping outlet, and the Park Bistro...but are now running out of ideas!

mcdonalds they are always open and there apple pies are lovely and i never thought that i would say that about mcdonalds !!

Just go for a walk and stop at what tickles your fance.
