Places to have proms in east bay, ca?

Question

I'm on the leadership committee at my school and we are planning for my class' Jr. Prom next year. But we need to have a place to have it at. Does anyone know anywhere were prom could be held in these cities: Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, El Cerrito?

when i was back in high school, we had ours on a boat that was at the pier and the year before us had there's at city hall in SF.
