Places to meet halfway between Chatham and Scotia, NY?

I am looking for places to meet halfway between Chatham and Scotia NY...?

I took a job at a summer theatre in Chatham, NY and my boyfriend lives very close to Scotia, NY. I get a pretty long lunch break, and a pretty long dinner break too. I want to try to meet my boyfriend halfway for food at some point in time. Does anyone know of anyplace?

Also, does anyone know of a public or state park or anything that would be a good place for a picnic in between Chatham and Scotia?
