Places to stay in Corfu?

can anyone recommend anywhere to stay in Corfu?

relaxing holiday with the option to do more.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a traditional Greek village then I would reccomend San Stefanos, I've been going there for the past two years. The beach is lovely, very long and sandy and it doesn't get busy. The people are very friendly. There are some really good trips available. Here's a link:

Personally, I would reccomend the Hotel Athina. It's lovely, the food is good and the service is excellent. Plus it's right next to he beach and has a lovely big pool that doesn't get too busy.

Lots of places to go to and do. You give us a hint as to what you have in mind and I'm sure there will be many to help you out .

For relaxing spots however check out Dassia, Kassiopi, Acharavi, Arillas, Nissaki, Agios Georgios Pagon, Paleokastritsa, Glyfada, Kontogialos, Benitses to name a few spots on the Notrh part mostly of the Island .

So make clear what you want to do and I will for one tell you the place to go.

BTW, I leave the option to "do more"  to someone younger than myself.
