Plagiarism question?

ok, my mini-thesis is like a huge lab report, in the lab report there r three steps( actually three independent experiments) the first step is to find standard work-curve of something, i used all the stuffs from a research paper, (like the same concentration, the same volume...) and i m gonna say that all of these stuffs r from the research paper. the reason why i used them is that the results of my own designed results r not good.

my question is " is that plagiarism if you did the experiment based on other's paper, but you cite them, saying that they r not your own, ( of course i hav to do that) ?

i havent handed in this mini-thesis, but im really worried about it, coz i heard if you write something from others work, you hav to use your own words and cite it, then thats not plagiarism.. so what i hav done is similiar to this kind plgm.

I will really appreaciate your help, and if it is plagm, im just gonna redo it, if you dont understand my Q, just ask, thank you so much!!
