I know this is a weird question to ask, but is there any way I can read the book called Plague Dogs on the internet without having to buy the book?

Probably not.

If you're referring to the book The Plague Dogs by Richard Adams, check your local library. Adams is a well-known writer (he wrote Watership Down, among other things), so there's a good chance a library would have The Plague Dogs.

It's a fabulous book. Go get it!
