Plague Marines and "Death Guard" Plague Marines?

Looking into death guard armies online and I keep seeing people using Plague Marines now I am on the GW website looking to buy some before I spend the money I am wondering are Plague Marines just normal Marines with the mark of nurgle or painted or something or do I need to buy the special "Death Guard" ones?

Death guard worship nergal, so just use regulare chaos marines to representdeath guard, and paint them black and gold. Plus the box set should come with these sticker things tha are the death guard's symbole

You can use normal marines.

The Deathguard box set are there for people that want "offical" models with out needing to do conversion work themselves.  They look really nice, but with a bit of imagination and some work you can generally make better plague marines yourself.

Just remember WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) and make them diffrent enough from other marines where people wont get confused when playing against your army.
