Plan a balanced diet for a 14 year old girl?

ppl,i need this as i have a hw to plan 1,so help!!!i have no intentions to go on a diet!

  1. hey, i'm 14 as well. my suggestion: DON'T go on a diet unless you're overweight. but if you REALLY want to lose some lbs, do the right way and not some stupid made up diet because things only go downhill from there. idk if this helps, but the average daily caloric intake for an adult is 2,000 calories. that's all i know. good luck with that.


  2. hey ur just 14 teen n u need not hav a balanced diet . just go for lighter food with more nutritional values like greenleafy veggie...salads r must. fruits .avoid fat content such as pizzas n burgers itz common in this age.

    DIRNk lottttttz n lotttttz of water itz the best antixidant it also helps u in improving ur skin color.

    drink milk instead of cofee n tea ..tat shud do it

    REGULAR EXERSICE HELPS U DO BETTER

    play atleast 1 hr avoid comp games do sme outdoor games by ehich u sweat a lot !!!!

  5. Ask a dietician. That would be better,less risky & you will get more valued opinions than from people like us who depend on junk food.

    There is no such thing as balanced diet. Just eat when you feel hungry and stop eating when your stomach is full.

    After all its going to comeout in a day!

  7. EVERY  14 year  old  is  diffefent  BUT  your  Dr should  know  what  you  need   and  should have  a  good   diet  4  you. I was on  a  1800  calorie diet  4  a  while to loose  30  pounds. i lost 35  so  ask  him  the correct  diet  4  you and  your  health  condition.  GOOD luck.star
