  1. I read this somewhere...."the subconscious mind is neutral and impartial. It will follow any instruction you give it."

    That being said I think the best plan would be:

    1. Identify the goal.....have a clear idea of what you want.

    2. Determine how you are going to accomplish the goal.

    3. Repeat positive affirmations (instructions for your mind)

    4. Visualize yourself accomplishing the goal (you mind doesn't distinguish between the visualization and reality....if your mind 'sees' you do something enough it will become automatic)

    5. Don't give up on yourself.....view setbacks as obstacles to be overcome.
