Try & go to Granada, there new fast train service (RENFE) makes it very easy & cheaper if you book online in advance.

A wonderful city & not too hot in April.

I've been to these places and I thought that Granada was the best. Its a beautiful city and Alhambra is a wonderful place to visit. There is good shopping and beautiful historic churches including the tombs of Ferdinand and Isabella. I think Granada would be the best city near Malaga to tour. Hope you enjoy it.
