Is this plane any good, and how much would you offer for it to buy? Just for getting employees around and things. personal use as well, also just wondering how much it would cost to buy and maintain/fuel

Aviophage's answer is right on, except she's a little on the low end for the price.  A brand new Hawker 400XP is more like 6.5 to 7 million.  I would be shocked if they accept any offer below 6 million.  

It is a fine plane.  It's generally regarded to be at the top of the light jet class.  The main downfall is it is a bit short on range, but it's fast, has one of the largest cabins in its class, and rides comfortably.

All of the other figures Aviophage provided are pretty much spot on.

The Hawker 400 is a fine executive transport.  It will cost you about $5,000,000 US to buy, and you will need a professional crew as well as continued maintenance.  Expect to spend about $700,000 per year for ownership, plus about $2,000 per hour to fly.  Sorry; that's what they cost.
