There are many small hotels that you can find on the Internet, I try to stay in a different one each time I visit Paris on my business trips, so that I could later use them when I travel to Paris privately :) For me, an affordable hotel would cost around $80.00-$100.00 per room per night.

Depends what you mean by affordable.

The classic cheap sleep in Paris is the Hotel Tiquetonne at 6 rue Tiquetonne in the 2nd arrondissement. A double with private facilites costs 50 euros a night. the have no internet present so you need to contact them by phone or fax. Phone: [phone]  Fax: [phone]
