It's 2 moms, 4 kids (ages 8-12...). Both Dads have to work, so it's us Moms doing it with just the kids. We considered Disney, Seaworld, different places in Mexico, even cruises, but nothing seems to be just "it". (Especially considering airfare from Seattle.) It must be someplace warm, with beaches and/or lots of fun. We re looking for April 2 thru 11. New insights on ideas I've suggested or anything original and/or out of the ordinary welcome! We want this to be memorable for the kids. Recommendations on places to stay are very welcome!

  1. I would definitely recommend cruising.

It's fun and great for kids - you get to see different places (think of it as a moving/water hotel), there's tonnes of activities aboard the ship - clubs, pools, basketball courts, etc.

If you are considering taking a cruise then visit vacationstogo.com - its got the best deals on the net - we book are cruises through them - they have awesome last minute and advanced booking specials.
