We would like to stay in luxury and also try out the nightlife as well. Very outgoing women ages 23-25 want to pamper ourselves and have fun!

  1. We're not booking trips yet but should be in the next few months - so for your next trip, we'd love to help you at www.holidaygolightly.com.  Come check us out!  Have fun in Cabo!

  2. Well, you have to go to Cabo Wabo.  But check out this little outdoor place near there called "Uno Mas".  There is a girl there, Gina, that is just a hilarious.  I think she is part owner.  Anyway, stop off for a few drink there if you have a chance.

  3. My husband's family owns a house down there and we go every Thanksgiving.

So I'm not sure about hotels, but...

If you like nightlife/partying/getting drunk with strangers, there's always Squid Roe and Cabo Wabo. Those are the two biggest bars in Cabo San Lucas . They are tourist traps but there's always a big party going on. Fun for the late teen/early twenty drinking types. Eat somewhere else, though, the food's only okay and way overpriced.

There are also plenty of smaller bars on the strip near these two. Just follow everyone else who's bar hopping. Don't bring a purse, keep your money/ID in your bra.

La Palmilla is a resort about halfway bewteen San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas that has a great spa. It is very expensive, but worth it, so I've heard. I've never been there but it passes the rigors of my husband's dad's wife's super-rich friends, so it must be good. The Sheraton in Cabo San Lucas also has a spa (less expensive). I've only had a pedicure done there but it was reasonable and seemed nice. This hotel is right on the beach, too so that may be an option.

Swimming beaches tend to be a drive as the Pacific side has a wicked undertow and a lot of places won't let you swim. You have to drive to the gulf side, but there are some great boarding beaches over there, maybe 45 min away.

If you like sushi, Nick-San's (there's two- one in La Palmilla and one in Cabo San Lucas) is pretty good.

If you have a Costco membership, there is a Costco down there where you can get all the things you need/forgot/ran out of. By now the Wal-Mart is probably also open. Kinda sad, but convienent if you need some sunblock that isn't $20 an ounce.

My friend was just down there at an all-inclusive. I'll ask her where she stayed and edit this again.

    Have fun, Cabo is great.

  4. Hola!  I'm a single girl living here in Cabo.  I know all the best places to make the most of your trip.

First, can I recommend you stay at the Melia CSL  (this is the same hotel the cast from Laguna beach stayed).  You will find the spa and pool activities perfect.  This hotel is also close to all the action.  (most of the big spa resorts are 10-20 mins out of town)  You can walk or take a quick taxi to do shopping, sightseeing, or check out all the fun nightclubs in the evening...all are within the same block radius of each other.  Take in the dance show at the Giggling Marlin between 7-10...its audience participation and very funny and a tad bit racey.  I'm still shocked everytime I see it!  Then head over the Cabo Wabo and take in a live band or dance your face off until the wee hours....then head for El Squid Roe for that really drunken dance on tables crazy night.

If you want to save a little money on your accomodation, then I would recommend staying at the Riu Sante Fe.

Like I said before there are alot of beautiful places outside of Cabo on the 'corridor'.  The Hilton, Dreams, the Marquis, Crowne Plaza, Royal Solaris, etc etc etc.  But you have to factor in transportation with these.

Cabo is considered an adventure activity destination, which is great for those types...there is kayaking, snorkeling, booze cruises, whale watching, ATVing, 4X4ing, zip lines, swimming with dolphins.....but you sound more like you want a girls trip of sunning, swimming, drinking, spa and pedicures, good food and going out to clubs at night.  All things you will find in Cabo.

    Have a excellent holiday!
