Planning a large indoor garden with a pond and would like to know if there is a good web site for tips?

Hello. I am building a house and am planning a large internal garden (similar to the one in the film 'when a stranger calls')

There will be a pond and it will be covered by a roof with sky lights. I know that moisture is going to be a problem and am planning extraction fans. The walls all around the garden are going to be glass and there will be birds in the garden. It will measure 12 x 8 metres and go from the lounge room to the kitchen. I have tried to think of what is needed but would like to know if there is a site that has information about this that i could check with.
