From pune there R many places to visit But it is worth visiting Khandala & Matheran .

GOA:

One can see beaches, churches, temples, fortes, festival of Goa like Shigmo, Carnival etc

Goa Sight seeing takes about two days;

sight seeing busses available one day North Goa second day South Goa tour and they pick you up from your hotel (if in group). Old Goa, a complex of old churches over  400 years old etc, Museums etc. Over 400 years old body of Saint Francis Xavier also seen in BOm Jesus Church.

Late evering in the capital city Panjim, do not miss saunset river cruising with live music, songs and dance. Trip duration about one hour and cost Rs.200. There is lot to see in Goa.

pune is 180km while goa is 540km from mumbai.Around 90km north of mumbai their is 17km long beach called "kelva beach",16th century shirgao fort, satpati village(biggest fishing village in india) for accommodation their is "the samudraa beach resort" it is only resort on beach.in goa you can visit many beaches like anjuna, calanggut, vagator, baga,and colva  temples in phonda taluka but main think is cross border of north goa and visit sindhudurg district in maharashtra
