Planning a trip to canada.?

I'm trying to plan a trip to cananda,it will actually be in about a year,but i'm trying to figure out the fundings i need to gain during this year to make the trip possible,flight services won't price trips that far away,does anyone know a way i can calculate and price range as a goal?

  1. Well, assuming you are going to an urban center like Vancouver and not moving around a lot, you can pretty much expect to pay what you would pay in the USA to live; Except beer and smokes of course.

  2. If you are planning a trip in about a year, then that's around the same price range you're going to find right now. My suggestion is to go online and pretend like you're planning the trip for next month. Price flights, hotels, attraction tickets, and determine how much you think you'd like to take for spending money.

    Many online travel sites and airlines will enable you to get to the last step of booking flights and hotels, giving you the cost including taxes, without you actually needing to book the flight, and that should help you get a real good idea.

    The cost next year at the same time should be about the same, but I'd add 10% to the cost just to be safe and account for variances. That should give you a ballpark to help you figure out a range.
