  1. Flowers behind the officiant would like nice in the photos.

Reception hall should be decorated prior to your arrival by family, friends, etc.  If your flowers are real have empty vases with water at the head table so the girls can put their flowers in and it's an instant addition to the decorations.  Table decorations can be simple, a mirror with a small vase with a candle floating to flower centerpieces on every table.  It's up to you.

Drinks, either and open bar and you provide the beer, wine and whatever hard alcohol you want or I would go non-alcoholic.  I work a lot of weddings as a DJ and a cash bar seems tacky.  Some do just beer and that is fine but don't charge your guests.

Flowers - what is your favorite?  What are the colors of the wedding?  Match the two......

Car is really a non-issue.  Usually by the time the bride and groom leave everyone else is gone or not many are left.  Don't spend the money of a car, use it on the dress instead.

Google search wedding dresses and I'm sure you will get your fill.

  3. I just went to a wedding and I really like it...at the church they had 2 arrangements on the altar...then along the pews the couple had some tall iron cast flower holders with a ball of flowers on top and crystals hanging down....

at the reception, some tables had glass with flowers in them, the same color of the balls of flowers at the church...then they brought those iron cast flower holders with the flowers and put them on top of some of the tables...in other words, the flowers used at the church were used at the reception...the altar flowers were also brought to the reception and used on the table where the wedding party was to sit...

On the reception tables, they had mints in a little bag that said thank you for sharing our special day around the glass of flowers for the guests..

The table where the guests would be served their food, they had tea but have plenty because alot of people were thirstyand so they were drinking two glasses of tea..alot of people go on to the reception area while the party take their wedding pictures so some couples have dips and crackers to hold the guest before they eat...just an idea....I was grateful for that since I am diabetic...

for July, I would have a rainbow of flowers....rainbow matches any color you use for the dress...

Old classic is better but probably more expensive...one wedding I went to had old classic but it was just for the bride and groom...a limo carried bride, groom, and wedding party( bridesmaids and groomsmen).

For a dress you may want to check out boutiques,,,many have beautiful dresses at a discount price...

    congratulations.....
