Planning on moving to Canada, any help?

Me and my girlfriend are planning on moving to Alberta within the next 2 years. I was looking for some information, like The economy, cost of living, schools, cell phone companies, etc.

I'm going to assume that you are NOT a Canadian ?

If so have the two of you applied to the Government  of Canada, to be accepted as Immigrants ?

Without proper permission to work in Canada, no one can hire you.

i live in Medicine Hat,alberta. right now, gas prices are very high. they are supposively supposed to be going down, but now they are between 1.03/L, and 1.25/L. minmum wage is 8.40 an hour, there is many job opportunities. living is becoming more and more expensive. i know here in Medicine Hat, Utilities just increased. The Main Cellphone Companies here are Telus, Bell, Rogers. any more questions and email me!
