Planning on purchasing the new Toshiba REGZA 42xv540u.. any good?

Question

I've researched many HD televisions in the 42" category and I'm extremely partial to this particular model, especially attracted to its 120Hz feature.

Does anyone own this set or have at least seen it in action? I can't seem to find a retailer that has it out on display! What's the final word on this cool TV? Worth my buck?
