Planning on taking a trip this winter, suggestions?

I'm planning on taking a trip late Nov-early Dec this year. Probably for a week or so. Was thinking about either somewhere in Europe(Spain, France, Italy) or to Puerto Rico. It's going to be me and my girlfriend. She was born and raised in PR. I may be proposing during the trip. The real question is what is the weather going to be like in these places that time of year? Suggestions? Thank you.

The weather in southern Spain and Italy will be nice during November/December. Central to northern Italy and southern France will be cooler (not cold) and probably have more rain.  Northern France (ex. Paris) will probably be cool (maybe cold) & rainy.

However, Paris and Rome are great cities (regardless of the weather) and would be unbeatably romantic places to propose.  Go to one of them, or go somewhere smaller but beautiful like Capri (near Naples, Italy).

Last week of Feb. going to the Harborside, at the Atlantis, in the Bahamas. Great place.
