Plans for a rotunda freestanding structure like in public parks?

Does anyone, please have plans (or sketches) for building a rotunda on a residential property. Like the ones you see in public parks, in Australia, they are mainly in country towns. I want to build a smaller scale one on our land. They usually have steps, concrete base, round dome like ceiling, and balcony type edge around the cement floor structure. Thanks
