Plant? HELP!!!?

Can someone please tell me what will these plants grow into after 2 weeks. (For example, roots, stem, leaves, or whatever) I need some pictures. Thanks.

they'll all just look like off shootings. the ginger will have round flat leaves, the sweet potato will have dark green leafs with scalloped-ish edges and a general oval shapes and the onion will have long willowy leafs.
