Plant growing with large white blooms and a prickly like fruit. any idea of what this is?

The plant has about the same thickness of a tomato plant. It blooms these really large white flowers and has a what looks like some sort of prickly fruit. Does anyone have any ideas of what kind of plant this is?

Datura stratimonum.  It is in the same family as the tomato (Solanaceae), but is poisonous.  It if often grown as a annual flower and can come in shades of purple and white.  Common names are Angel's Trumpet and Jimsonweed.
