  1. rice milk has 25 percent your daily B12. it doesnt give you any other B's like B1, B2, or B6.

    I'm vegan - i just take a B Complex so i don't have to worry about  how much milk i drink.

    this is what i take.

    Actually, most milks are fortified with b-12.  Rice milk is, and same with a few of the others, such as almond milks and the such.  Brows your health food stores milk section, and read the ingrediants list or look at the nutrition facts, it'll be listed.

  3. Yes.  I've seen enriched Rice Milk (that had the same amount of B12 that the soy milk had) at Trader Joe's. and I'm quite sure there are enriched or fortified almond and hemp milks as well.  Just look around.

  4. Rice, almond, oat, hemp, multigrain milks.
