Plant organelles?

i need help finding the funtions for the cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus, vacuole, cell wall,chloroplasts for the plant cell

PLZ HELP!!

i am so lost and if i dont get this in i will fail :(

  1. Cell membrane controls the entry and exit of substances.

    Cytoplasm contains all the cell organelles.

    Nucleus contains the DNA of the organism and controls all activities in the cell.

    Vacuole plays roles in intracellular digestion and the release of cellular waste products.

    Cell wall supports the cell and gives it a regular shape.

    Chloroplasts contain chlorophyll that absorb light energy for photosynthesis.

  4. cell membrane : controls the coming and goings of substances into the cell

    cell wall : holds the structure of the cell

    nucleus : 'brain' of the cell, contains the DNA/genetic material

    cytoplasm : jelly-like substance keeping everyhting in place and filling up rest of cell

    vacuole : water vacuole. i think this also holds shape of cell and defines plant cell from animal cell

    chloroplasts : contain chlorophyll (green pigments) of plant. this defines a plant cell from a animal cell
