Plant remedy or pestacide?

one of my plants is being attacked by some white flies, is there a way to get rid of the flies or fix the plant

wash the plant off especially under the leaves----with water

get a piece of silver mylar (or aluminum foil if you can't find mylar

put the mylar/foil shiny side up at the base of the plant the reflected light will confuse the white fly and they will not land on the undersides of the leaves..which is where they live.

this method will reduce the number of whiteflies by 90%

what kind of plant is it? if it is a large plant you may need to use some safers soap or neem oil to get it under control

white flies are hard to control because of the fast life cycle and disrupting their habitat works best
