  1. The plants are probably growing, you just can't see it. The roots always grow after the top of the plant is established - After you water, feed the plant with a fertilizer high in nitrogen and Phosphorus. Nitrogen helps plants grow leaves and stems, while Phosphorus helps plants flower. On fertilizers, the three numbers are N-P-K, which stand for Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium

  2. You are either using that cheap 2.00 potting mix such as Hyponex..that gets so dens after you water it a couple of times that it is like solid caly and does not drain good..does water stand on top of the soil when you water them? and also..do you have drainage holes in the bottom of the pot..water should run out of the bottom of the pot  almost as fast as you water it..If not again poor soil that doesn't drain..or no drianage holes..Plants need air too..if water is standing around the roots it gets no air..it will eventually smother them and give them a root fungis on top of that

  3. All sorts of reasons.  Tomatoes generally easy to grow,   Lots of different varieties  some tall cordon types,  others  short small bushy  types.  Some are indoors,  greenhouse  varieties.  others oudoors.  What are yours???  What sort of compost are they in?   do you water them properly.?    Should be showing flowers and trusses by now   ,  So you are doing something wrong.   Not nipping out the flower stalks  thinking they are side shoots are you??    Terrible job to say exactly what is wrong..    Tomatoes should be in growbags  or  12"  pots

  4. Are you feeding them!

  5. Water, sun & fertilizer (plant food) are the keys.

Water: enough to keep the soil moist but not wet.

Plant food: follow package directions.  Yellow or brown leaf tips or curly leaves mean you're using too much.

    Sun: the more the better.
