With global warming and the ozone slowly getting thinner would it change the plants? Would they be like the plants when dinosaurs walked the earth?

  1. The ozone layer has stopped getting thinner and even started to recover.

It's because of an International treaty. the "Montreal Protocol", which is phasing out the use of CFCs.  We need something like it for global warming, clearly Kyoto didn't work.

Plants won't change very much.  But where they grow will change a lot, wreaking havoc on our agriculture system.  Our modern society can't move (especially from coastal areas) as easily.
