  1. What kind of plants are they?

    Perhaps the are fall-blooming varieties.

  2. You need to post name of your plant to get good answer.  Some perennials will not bloom first year.

    Good Luck

  3. Daily watering if needed.  This means deeply, not just a little hand watering.

Liquid fertilizer every 7 to 14 days.  Follow the directions on the container.  Do not fertilize once your weather gets to 90 degrees.  Stop fertilizing in August.  Your plants will need to get ready for the winter if they are perennials (return each summer).

  4. It's not getting enough light.  Plants can't produce flowers without sunlight. If its in a pot move it so it only gets the morning sun.
