  1. About 6% of the radiant energy that falls on a plant is used in photosynthesis.  Just the wavelengths at the red and blue ends of the visible spectrum, so it isn't a very efficient process.


  2. 100%, i just finished taking biology, producers/autotrophs such as plants use 100% of energy they get from the sun, and consumers/heterotrophs use 10% of the energy of whatever they consumed.

I would say a very small amount.  Some is reflected obviously.  Most of the sun's energy does not hit any plants in the first place.  Some hits bark or other parts of the plant.   Only the green parts (mostly leaves) can use the energy, and it probably has to hit chloroplasts to be used.    It also depends on the type of plant, size of leaves, etc. Therefore, I think it is impossible to determine.
