Plasma TV moving black and white lines

I just bought a Vizio 50" Plasma TV. On some channels SD and HD theres moving black and white lines at the top of the TV. Its really annoning when watching TV. Does anyone know what this could be. Should I return it?? Its not on all channels though, thank you
