I have been doing research and think I will not find a Full HD set below a $1000. What would be the best for my budget. I not mind if its a 80cm set so long as its got a built in hd tuner and if i luck 100mhz and full hd...Any recommendations? Thanks

  1. Try the Good guys store.

  2. LCD (Liquid Cristal Display) is the new technology, it has a 20 years life expectancy, HD ready, also it looks better, but it is more expensive.

Plasma is an old technology based on using a light reflecting gas, has a lower life expectancy, it has a lower display quality but it is cheaper than LCD.

My personal choice was SONY bravia 46”.

  3. the tvs i would look at are the following and u should find them at any good electronic store. they are not in any order but they are with an approximate price(aud)  and all have a built in hd tuner

    1. samsung 32inch lcd hd integrated ~ 1000

    2. visio 32inch plasma hd integrated ~ 750

    3. lg 32 inch lcd hd integrated             ~ 1200

if u plan to save up 1500 dollars though u can get a series 5 samsung which will be full hd 32inches with built in tuner and u can always bargain a bit

    good luck hope tht helps
