Plasmid construct?

Dears,

I have a pNG2-hTAU construct which was inserted as NdeI/BamhI sites and I want to subclone it in other vector (pGEX) in BamhI site, how can I do this as there is no NdeI site in this vector.

You need to find another plasmid with the site and cut it into that
