Plastic Toy in Boiling water for few minutes!!?

Help, a plastic toy accidentally dropped into a kettle of boiling water, and was left boiling for a few minutes before i realised. What can happen to me? I breathed in some gases, and felt nauseous..and should i throw the kettle away??

Nothing should happen to you. Make sure you get plenty of air. This nauseousness is probably shock from the incident or a type of "placebo" effect.

you should really try to PUT COLD WATER IN IT grab the kettle put it in the sink and turn on cold water quick it'll probably cool down the water and you'll be able to reach in and grab the toy out and throw it away QUICK!!!!!!!
