Plastic filler stuff?

ok, im remodelling some headphones and this involves filling a 15mm diametre hole in one ear cup.

could anyone recommend a good filler? it must be lightweight, adhere to plastic, not crack and be sandable.

Well, the best product would be a repair product intended for automotive repair, as it can take the shock and be sanded.

3M/Duramix makes a product intended for semi-rigid bumper cover repairs.  But the tube (which requires a special applicator gun (like a caulk gun) costs over 25 bucks.

You can buy this at any auto parts store that sells to body shops.
