Plastic spinners or metal spinners?

  1. I've used both and I've never been able to really spin on either.  But I kinda liked plastic better.


  2. I've used both before and they all seem to really suck. My coaches always tell the skaters who insist on buying one to buy the cheapest one because you aren't going to use it for long, and most of them come back and thank the coach for discouraging them to not waste their money on the spinners.

  3. I have the metal one, never tried the plastic before..

    and it's actually kind of tricky to spin on it! But once you get the hang of it, it'll come through... I do two foot, one foot, and back scratch on the spinner. I can't do any other spins on that... YET. Such as sit spin, scratch spin, camel, and attempt layback.

  4. Well, the metal spinners are better for balance, but the plastic ones are used most of the time to keep your center.
