Plaswma vs Blues eyez shinin who is better , and does plasma negate blue eyes shinings effect?

blue eyes shining can not be designated by a spell trap or monster effect while plasma negates the effect of all face up monsters , but blue eyes cant be deignated by any effect but does it mean plasma negates blue eyes effect or is blue eyes shining uneffected

yes plasma does and pluss plasma is better = easyer to get out also it's a easyer card of getting ahold of and etc...

idk. and besides plasma's effect won't mean anything if ur oppenent has a trap hole waiting for u. but i think blue eyes is stil uneffected but im not too sure

Plasma is better and negates effect. Plasms is easier to bring out
