Play.com delivery?

so I ordered a poster on play.com and they delivered the wrong one. What should I do?

In the UK you have the legal right to return anything delivered to you by a website or mail order company up to 7 days following the day it was delivered. You don't need a reason and the goods don't have to be back with the supplier by the deadline, you just need to let them know before the deadline. The relevant legislation is the Sale Of Goods Act 2000 (Distance Selling Regulations).

Play.com is a very reputable website and they're bound to have a returns policy that meets or exceeds this legal minimum.  Check their website for details.
