I ordered a book of play.com on Saturday in the afternoon - and it's free delivery - when will it arrive?

  1. Maybe a week. If it is arriving by plane


  2. They will have sent you (or will send you) an email when they despatch your item. They always quote 3-5 days. This is a copy from a recent one I received:

    "Please note PLAY.COM will show on your statement.

    Please allow 3-5 days delivery."
