Play music off my macbook? What cord do I need?

I want to plug my macbook into my Yamaha Receiver so I can listen to my music from my surround sound. What kind of cord do I need? What is it called? So I can ask for it at the store?

does your surround sound have the white and yellow lead?

and does your computer have and ear-phone out-put? (should have)

then look for something around this
