what are the rules like hitting it or rambow it or any thing like that also how to stay in

I only know of team handball (Olympic handball) not the ball-to-wall stuff English speakers seem to know and disdain.Team handball is the best game ever invented...

I am not sure about the rules but I know you can only take 3 steps when you get it or 3 seconds when you grab it whatever comes first. That game is very fun if you could get people to play with you, you will be happy.
