Playbill???? help please :]?

Ok well i have seen how people have gotten a playbill template, and put a picture in it, and sorta design it [on the computer]. i think it looks cool and might be fun to do. do you know of a website? please help!!! thanks if you can answer :]

DO you mean you want your picture to have a Playbill border?

If so, you can just google a playbill. Then use a photo editing software in your computer to cut and paste your picture into the playbill.
