It means that she's probably wanting something to read while "doin her business" and her rents aren't giving her "readable" materials that's appropriate for her age. You should ask her why she reads playboy mags and who gave it or them to her. An eight yr old shouldn't be looking at those mags unless that she's wanting to become sexually active or maybe trying to explore what sexual perference she would want, at a very young age.
