Hi, I have a WeWa portable media companion. I used the player to listen to FM but one day, after i connected it to the USB for charging it, i switched it off, but when i switched it on again, it showed the error message "Error: Please install application Software! Press any Key.." and it would not switch off until the battery is discharged completely!!! What is wrong??? can you please help me with this.
