Players most likely to leave the Anfield grounds – Part 1
Liverpool Manager Kenny Dalglish has been offered a three year contract at the helm and has been given full authority over the players he wants to bring and the players he wants to release.
A lot of players look increasingly probable to leave Anfield next season to make way for new signings over the period of the summer transfer window. King Kenny, as he is called, wants to rebuild the squad with his own hands to take Liverpool to a record
equaling 19th Premier League title and bring back the glory days to Anfield.
The youth academy has produced some wonderful talent and Dalglish has given them numerous opportunities to prove themselves and some have done remarkably well. Some players seem very likely to book their place in the starting eleven in the coming seasons.
Due to the flourishing youth system under the Kop legend, Dalglish and with the kitty available for new signings, there seems little room for some of the players who will be very likely shown the door.
Here is a list of the five players, who in my view will not make the cut into the squad.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 Konchesky:
Signed from Fulham by the previous manager Roy Hodgson, Konchesky has failed to live up to expectations and was promptly loaned out to Nottingham Forest.
He has had a brilliant spell with Fulham and had also earned a cap for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 colors and had a string of defensive blunders which cost him his place in the starting line-up.
The position of left-back is still up for grabs with a number of players struggling to play in that capacity. However, with new signings on the mind of the Liverpool manager (Jose Enrique from Newcastle) and the youngsters stepping up to the plate, this player
will most probably be shown the door.
It will be interesting to see if his former employer, Roy Hodgson will be eager to acquire the 3-million-pound player’s services.

The defender has not been up to the standards that are expected of him and has been a nuisance most of the times that he has played. With below par performances, this hard tackler could be on his way out of Anfield.
Dalglish will have no issues replacing him due to the fact that the Liverpool academy has created some world class talent which are already gunning for a starting place in the team. The Greek defender will not be missed.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Christian-Poulsen-c9114:
Declaring his transfer to Liverpool as the worst mistake of his life, this tough hard tackling mid-fielder has never gone down well with the fans. With a string of ordinary performances to his credit, this man has been a lonely stranger in Anfield.
Brought in to replace http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jay-Spearing-c18106.
He might as well be heading back to Juventus as neither he, nor Liverpool want him here next season.
