Playing Home series in China is not possible: Ijaz Butt
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ijaz-Butt-c64128 has brushed aside the possibility of the national team playing its home series in China. According to the flamboyant chairman China has a long way to go before it is able to host international cricket.
Butt said, “It is not possible to play our home series in China in the near future, various things come under consideration when it comes to international cricket. China need time to establish infrastructure which meets international standards.”
The PCB Chairman announced that international cricket will soon be returning to Pakistan, and added that he has been in talks with different cricket association in this regard.

The lack of any International cricket in Pakistan is harming the development of the sport in the cricket crazy nation, and has also caused the PCB to suffer huge revenue losses.

Today however Miandad’s efforts were shot down by the Chairman PCB, who clearly rejected the possibility of hosting home series in China in the near future.
